What happens next?

Instant confirmation

You'll get an email with your booking reference, your date, and everything you've told us — plus your deposit receipt from Stripe.

We get in touch

Within 24 hours we'll confirm the finer details — timings, your three cocktails, setup, and the balance due.

We bring the party

We arrive with the spirits, fresh fruit, kit, glassware and ice. You provide the venue and the guests. That's it.

Booking questions

What if you're already booked on my date?

We don't run a public diary, so the form will happily take any date. If we're already out that evening we'll either bring in one of our trusted bartenders to cover, or refund your deposit in full — your call. Either way we'll be straight on the phone to you.

Is the deposit part of the total price, or extra?

It comes off your total. The deposit holds your date, and the remaining balance is confirmed in your booking email and payable before the event.

Can I change my date or details later?

Yes — just reply to your confirmation email or call us on 07969 724 336 with your booking reference. We'll do our best to move things around for you.

Is paying by card on here safe?

Yes. You're taken to Stripe's own secure checkout to pay — one of the largest payment processors in the world. Your card details never touch our website.

Do you cover my area?

We cover the Midlands, Yorkshire and the North of England — see all areas. If you're just outside, book anyway or give us a ring; we'll usually make it work.
